Metro Bus travelling to from Wa to Bolga Attack by unknown gunmen
A Metro Mass bus traveling from Tumu to Bolga was attacked by unknown gunmen.
The incident happened around the River Sisili bridge in the early hours of today, Saturday, 31st May 2025.
Despite intense gunfire, the driver escaped with the passengers, according to Sissala Radio's reports from the crime scene.
According to an eye witness, no casualties were recorded and no arrests have been made.
Police are yet to comment on the issue at hand
Further updates will be provided as the investigation progresses.
The Wa to Bolga Road is about 264 miles long, with several construction works expected to be carried out on it.
