Important notices: All candidates need to know about the 2025 Computerized School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS) portal.
The Computerized School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS) portal was not undergoing maintenance for the 2025 SHS placements but rather experienced issues due to heavy traffic and high demand after the placement results were released, causing access problems for some candidates.
According to the statement posted on their official page "Facebook page" the Ministry of Education confirmed the concerns were resolved and the portal is now live and accessible.
Why it seemed like maintenance:
High Traffic: The CSSPS platform often experiences high traffic immediately after placement results are released, which can lead to server overload and temporary inaccessibility.
Technical Issues about the portal:
In some instances, minor technical issues might have required the Ministry of Education to perform updates or resolve problems, giving the appearance of scheduled maintenance.
What to do now, check out the portal below:
Access the Portal: You can now access the CSSPS portal to check your placement.
Enter Your Personal Details: Log in using your 10-digit BECE Index Number followed by the last two digits of the year you completed the BECE (e.g., 100000000025 for a 2025 placement).
Check Your Placement: Verify your assigned school for Senior High School (SHS) or Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET).
