Lady shares rare marriage list from her village.
In some parts of Imo State, marrying a daughter can be quite expensive, and a social media user has shared an example of what her kindred demands.
A Twitter user, @franca_48, who comes from Ngor-Okpala LGA, posted a marriage list her husband received.
She shared photos of the list, which is divided into four stages: Ihe Ajuju (1st stage), Ihe Okanezi (2nd stage), Ihe Amala (3rd stage), and Ivu Efere (4th stage). Each stage contains items her husband and his family are expected to provide.
She posted the images with the caption, “Marriage list. No 22 and 23 got me? Hope my husband will not run away ooo???”
