Brand Empires Triumph at Assemblyman's End-of-Year Gala Matches

Brand Empires are the new champions of the 5th Canteen Electoral Area End-of-Year Gala Matches, organized by the Assembly Member for the Greater Canteen Electoral Area, Honourable Anampanssa B. Abraham—and they earned it the hard way.

Under the flood of cheers from an excited crowd and in the presence of distinguished guests, Brand Empires stormed into an early two-goal lead, sending their supporters into celebration. But just when it looked all over, drama struck.

Alhassan Manaf rose to the occasion with two late goals, dragging Mountain Movers back into the game and stunning the fans at Canteen Park. At full time, it was all square—and the final was decided by the nerve-racking penalty shootout.

From the spot, Brand Empires showed ice-cold composure, converting confidently to seal victory and lift the trophy amid wild celebrations.

Beyond the trophy, the gala once again delivered on its mission—unity, togetherness, and community pride—bringing the Canteen Electoral Area together through the beautiful game.

In a strong show of support for grassroots football, footballs were donated to juvenile and Division Three teams, helping to prepare the next generation for league action.
