National Service Authority Releases E-Certificates for Service Personnel for the 2024/2025 Service Year
The National Service Authority (NSA) has officially launched electronic certificates (e-certificates) for Ghana’s National Service personnel, marking a significant milestone in the digital transformation of its service delivery.
In a statement released on Thursday, January 29, 2026, the Authority announced that e-certificates for the 2024/2025 service year are now available and can be accessed directly through the NSA online portal at posting.gnsa.gov.gh. This initiative is aimed at improving convenience, efficiency, and accessibility for both current and past national service personnel.
To access the e-certificate, eligible personnel are required to submit their duly endorsed Annual Evaluation Forms to their respective District NSA Offices. The Authority has uploaded these forms to the NSA portal and clarified that certificates will only be issued once the forms are submitted and approved.
According to NSA, past service personnel who need a reprint of their physical certificate or wish to obtain an e-certificate can also make requests through the portal. The digital certificate service is offered as an optional service for a prescribed fee, providing flexibility to users without replacing existing physical certificates.
The Authority encouraged all service personnel and past beneficiaries to carefully follow the outlined procedures to ensure a smooth and timely process.
The National Service Authority further called on institutions, organizations, and stakeholders to accord full recognition and acceptance to e-certificates issued by the Authority, adding that any institution requiring further verification may contact the NSA through its official channels.
