GES Releases Arrangements for 2025 Supplementary Promotion Examinations (Check Out Date).

The Ghana Education Service (GES) has completed the finalization of arrangements for the 2025 Supplementary Promotion Examinations.

Index numbers have been allocated to all shortlisted candidates, and their designated examination centres have been formally confirmed. The examinations are scheduled to take place on February 17, 2026.

To ensure seamless administration, the examination centres have been strategically zoned according to regions. Candidates are required to report to the centres assigned to their respective regions and are expected to comply with all examination protocols. Regional Directors have been mandated to disseminate this information promptly to all applicants to guarantee effective communication and coordination.

Examination Centres by Region

• Wesley College of Education, Kumasi – Ahafo, Ashanti, Bono, Bono East, Western, Western North

• Accra College of Education, Accra – Central, Eastern, Greater Accra, Volta, Oti

• Tamale College of Education, Tamale – Northern, North East, Savannah, Upper East, Upper West

Applicants are encouraged to make adequate preparations and plan to arrive at their centres well ahead of the commencement time to avoid delays. This measure is in line with the GES’s commitment to upholding a transparent, organized, and merit-based examination process that supports professional advancement within the teaching service.

The directive, issued on February 3, 2026, bears the signature of Prof. Smile Dzisi (Mrs.), Acting Deputy Director-General (Management Services), on behalf of the Acting Director-General of GES. It underscores the Service’s dedication to ensuring a structured and efficient examination environment for all candidates.
