Teacher Helpline Query Tracking System in the Northern Region.

Management of the Ghana Education Service (GES) has rolled out a nationwide Teacher Support System, known as the Teacher Helpline Query Tracking System. The system is designed to receive and track staff queries via phone calls and SMS to ensure prompt and efficient responses to concerns from GES personnel.

In this regard, Directors, Heads of Educational Institutions, stakeholders, and all staff within the Northern Region may call or send an SMS to the Northern Regional Education Directorate Helpline on 054-430-1257 during official working hours (8:00 am and 5:00 pm), Monday to Friday, for inquiries and other educational assistance.

Metro/Mun/District Directors are kindly requested to disseminate this information to all heads of schools and staff within your respective Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Directorates for strict and effective utilization of the helpline.

Your cooperation in ensuring the wide publicity and patronage of this important support system is highly appreciated.
