UPSA Announces Reopening Arrangements for Second Semester (2025/2026 Academic Year) – First-Year Undergraduate Students

The University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA) wishes to inform all Level 100 undergraduate and diploma students that the institution will officially reopen for the second semester of the 2025/2026 academic year as outlined below:

1. Course Registration

Students are required to pay the approved fees at any Access Bank branch and ensure the funds are properly disbursed on the UFIS platform.

Following payment, students must log in to the USIS student portal (https://upsasip.com/student) to complete their course registration.

Registration Period:

Monday, May 25, 2026 – Sunday, May 31, 2026

2. Academic Activities Schedule

• Teaching Period: 

Monday, June 1, 2026 – Sunday, August 16, 2026 (11 weeks)

• Revision Period: 

Monday, August 17, 2026 – Sunday, August 23, 2026 (1 week)

• Examination Period: 

Monday, August 24, 2026 – Sunday, September 6, 2026 (2 weeks)

• Vacation:  

Monday, September 7, 2026 – Sunday, September 27, 2026 (3 weeks)

Students are encouraged to strictly adhere to the above timelines to ensure a smooth academic semester.
