How to contact the Ghana Football Association (GFA) for 2026 FIFA World Cup tickets

In order to facilitate easy correspondence on ticket acquisition for Ghanaian supporters across the world for Black Stars matches at the 2026 FIFA World Cup in the USA, Canada, and Mexico, the Ghana Football Association (GFA) has announced an email for requesting access codes to facilitate the purchase of tickets on the FIFA website for the following Ghana group matches, as well as, conditionally, the knockout matches that Ghana qualifies for:

• Ghana vs. Panama

• England vs. Ghana

• Croatia vs. Ghana

• A limited number of tickets will be available for all Black Stars’ matches.

• FIFA PMA access codes will be distributed to eligible persons subject to the conditions of the tickets.

• You will be able to select which matches and ticket categories you would like to enter the draw for in the FIFA application.

• FIFA allocates all tickets to participating federations and selects the exact locations in each ticket category.

• Ticket categories and pricing apply.

• Given the limited ticket availability, we encourage Ghanaian fans to apply for their tickets early.

• Note that these tickets do not include the Supporter Entry Tier tickets set at USD 60 each under the FIFA Special Initiative designed to support travelling fans who have been following Black Stars.

FIFA Application Timeline & Process

When can I expect to receive my FIFA PMA code?

In early January, FIFA access codes will be distributed to eligible persons. Applications will remain open until January 22, 2026.

When and how long is the application open?

The application for the Ghana match ticket allotment will open in early January.

Can I edit my application after it has been submitted?

The applicant can withdraw their application before the closing date of January 13. If the applicant decides to re-enter, they can use the same access code to enter before the deadline. Once the deadline is passed, you will not be able to enter the FIFA application.

How and when will I be notified if I win tickets?

Winners will be notified via email during February.

After I make my ticket purchase, when will I receive my tickets and seat location?

Winners will not be able to select exact seat locations within a category. Tickets will be distributed ahead of the tournament. FIFA has indicated tickets will be made available in Q2 2026.

Is there a limit on the number of match draws I can enter?

Fans can enter for as many matches as they choose.

Which matches are included in the Ghana Football Association allotment?

Ghana group stage and knockout stages. Knockout stage matches are contingent upon Ghana's advancement.
