UCC Releases Admission List for 2025/2026 Academic Year—Check Here
The management of the University of Cape Coast (UCC) has officially released the admission list for the 2025/2026 academic year for the successful applicants.

If you are one of the prospective applicants, kindly follow the steps below to check your application status.
Three-semester bachelor of education sandwich programs
The Institute of Education, University of Cape Coast, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and the Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT), is running three-semester Bachelor of Education (Post-Diploma in Basic Education) programs in the sandwich mode to upgrade holders of the Diploma in Basic Education (DBE) to a bachelor’s degree.
Applications are open for the (third) batch of students.

First, visit the UCC admission checker portal at the below link.
This is how the link will display for you to ENTER your key details.
Once you are on the page, you need to enter your first name and surname in the field provided, together with the program applied.
Search up your admission status.
You can search using the first name only, surname only, program only, or any combination of them.
You will need your application reference number in order to print your letter.
NOTE: If you applied as a mature student, please use your index number given during the entrance examinations.
Now your admission status will be displayed to you, and if you have been admitted, you can proceed to print your admission letter.

From here you can proceed to pay your tuition fee by going to the fee schedule to see the one that applies to you.
