Grassroots Demand Jobs: Party Urged to Leverage Data and Deliver Opportunities Ahead of the 2028 Elections
Regardless of the situations at hand, our government must listen to the cry of the grassroots. They need job opportunities, and our leadership, including the government and the party, cannot pretend not to hear them.
Our party leadership has the polling agents' database—they were paid through it after the 2024 election. They also have the branch executives' data, showing the total number of branch executives in our party nationwide. They can simply use this data for grassroots recruitment if truly they are ready and willing to help them. A simple text message can notify all grassroots members of job openings.
As the Finance Minister has announced recruitment into government institutions has begun, we call on our leaders—including the Chief of Staff, CEOs, Ministers, Managing Directors, Director Generals, Board of Directors, party leadership, and institutional heads—to collaborate and find opportunities within all sectors to place the grassroots.
The hard work of the grassroots is the reason we are in power today; let's not neglect them. We still need them to win the 2028 general election, with or without President John Dramani Mahama.
