Ministry of Interior Warns Applicants Against Fake Medical Screening SMS, Announces Official Dates

The Ministry of the Interior and the recruiting agencies wish to inform all applicants that no SMS notifications regarding medical screening have been sent yet.

Official SMS notifications will be sent between Sunday, March 29, and Tuesday, March 31, 2026.

Medical screening is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at designated centres across all regions.

Applicants are therefore strongly advised to beware of fraudulent messages from unverified sources requesting payment for medical screening.

Please note:

All official SMS messages will be sent from the authorized sender ID, i.e, CSERP.

Qualified applicants will see their status change from “Qualified” to “MEDICAL SCREENING” on their application portal once SMS notifications are sent.

Applicants are urged to verify both the SMS and their portal status update before making any payment through the secure web checkout system on the portal.

No applicant is required to send money directly to any mobile money number.
